Sheen Garden

The client brief was to design a front garden that complimented their recently renovated house. Consequently the heart of the scheme are the two low benches made from the same material as the cladding on the house thereby visually connecting the house and the garden. The rest of the hard landscape materials are deliberately restraint in colour and texture to draw on the modern image of the house. Whilst the addition of a traditional Pyracantha hedge which is clipped to an organic form gives contrast to the strong lines of the house.
