Initial consultation:
This is an initial site meeting to discuss basic requirements and is offered free to prospective client within a 25 miles radius of Walton on Thames.

Survey:
A dimensional survey of the site including soil sample test.

Sketch design:
A conceptual design to illustrate the aspirations.

Detail design:
Computer generated design drawing(s) setting out material specifications, principle dimensions, planting theme etc.

Planting plan:
A detail layout and schedule of the type and quantity of plant species.

Approvals:
Where applicable, information can be submitted to the relevant parties or authorities for approvals.

Tender:
GrowSpace has successfully completed several recent projects with a firm of landscape contractor. This working relationship has the benefit of improving quality without compromising competitiveness. We are however, able to organise competitive tender to select a suitable contractor.

Project management:
This is to provide monitoring for quality, cost and programme.

Plant supply and planting:
Plants can be supplied by GrowSpace at competitive prices. We add value to this stage of the process by having the expertise to select the right plant and access to a wide network of wholesale suppliers.

Planting:
We believe this is an important stage of the design process and would recommend prospective client that our service is retained.
